-8 Day : Conditioning ( active stretching )

3 rounds 

3 mins Breathing exercise , 1 min rest ,again 3 mins Breathing exercise & 1 min rest

Test your breathing capability, note down the time and update me 

-7 Day : Conditioning ( outdoor jogging )

3 km jogging based on your capability, don't push hard do it in a moderate pace.

you can take 2 min rest for every 1km

3 mins Breathing exercise , 1 min rest ,again 3 mins Breathing exercise & 1 min rest

-6 Day : Conditioning ( barbell functional )

Mid Weight : 12 to 15 reps

2. Light Deadlift

Mid Weight : 12 to 15 reps

3. Curl & Press

Mid Weight : 12 to 15 reps

4. Good Mornings

Mid Weight : 12 to 15 reps

5. Pushups

6. Clean & Press

Mid Weight : 12 to 15 reps
